Collect as mush trash as you can in the allot time. Drive your dump truck around town to find trash drop off sites in front of houses and businesses. Pick up trash and drop it in the back your dumpster to score points.

Use WASD for movement.
E to Pickup / Drop Trash, or Enter / Exit the Dump truck
